I had previously had a Prusa i3 Hephestos from BQ, which lately was giving me more displeasure than anything else, I spent more time adjusting it and trying several repairs and improvements until finally, and after the positive comments of a co-worker and taking advantage of the offer and fast shipping from Spain of this printer, I took the opportunity 1 - Order and shipping: I placed the order on Wednesday afternoon, and on Friday at lunch time I received the package in perfect condition at my place of work. The tracking of GLS / ASM is not that it is very reliable, after the notification of sending there was no update until midmorning on Friday appeared "in distribution". The packaging is robust and will resist without too much trouble the trajín that some company of distributions can give him. 2 - Packaging and package contents: The packaging is buano, as I have already mentioned, and inside there is a very adequate padding of elastic foam that keeps all the pieces very well protected and in place. A month ago, I saw an advertisement on the net with 3D printers at 350 €. I was already stunned by this price because I stayed with the idea in mind that these machines cost more than 3000 €. So I wanted to buy one because I always wanted to test 3D printing. You must know that I am one to watch 1000 videos, tests and comments before making a choice and in the end the choice seemed to be either on the CR-10 or on the Ender 3. In short the big difference between the two is the printing area that is larger on the CR-10. But when I saw the tons of praise for the Ender 3, the number of improvements that can be made to it (almost free, because by printing oneself parts) and that in addition I found on Gearbest less than 160 €, I did not hesitate a second! Perfect reception, you will probably read everywhere else, the machine is really well protected in its packaging, the parts are really well finished and solid, a small time for assembly taking good time, only happiness! Attention that said, check the parts "factory mounted", check that nothing is loose or poorly tightened, it was my case, a loosening / tightening and it was set. Then it's really the best, for my part I ordered a whole series of ICE filament in PLA and I have no problems with it. Attention, it must be a strand, even after two months of use, I'm still looking for the best setting for some parts, it all depends on what we print, the filament and especially the software we use it is the latter who finally gives the most trouble. For my part I started with Cura which is free and gave me a long satisfaction but now I juggle between Cura and Simplify3D because it has an option not least, the ability to add / remove media manually, you will discover that. But I come back to the Ender 3, I am still very impressed with the quality of printing and although we must make some improvements that are not basic, it's never just tuning and it's nice to do :) In terms of improvements, be aware that a 3D printer is far from silent. Between the fans (4 anyway) and the noise of the engines during the printing, it is possible to considerably reduce the noise, by the cover (of the caches to print oneself) or the replacement of the fans but also by the acquisition engine dampers (steppers), this reduces to almost zero the strident sounds emitted by the engines when traveling and this will be my next purchase =) To summarize, if the print surface of 235x235x250 you enough, with all that I could read on the net and my own experience, no hesitation possible, you need the Ender 3!

Most likely my best investment in electronic equipment this year. Already when we open the box we are immediately put in trust. For buying a lot of gadgets made in China in recent years, there we are in a completely different level of finish. The aluminum profiles are of a very good quality and the rest of the hardware is just as good. The box contains ALL the necessary tools for mounting and adjusting the machine and even some spare parts. Great luxury over all this: a small tweezers is provided and is very pleasant to use. There is also a small squeegee included to take off the pieces but I preferred to equip a skyscraper (roughly a razor blade introduced into a plastic handle) and it is clearly more effective. Except sometimes for a few pieces really well glued, but most of the time just wait until the tray is down below 40 ° C for it to take off all by itself ... (do not laugh, you're very likely to be just as impatient as me :-)) At the assembly, it takes time and especially do not over-tighten the frame bolts at the risk of ending up with a machine wobbly. The editing takes about 1:30 without hurry, we can probably do faster but it would spoil the fun. Like most of the Creality machines, my Ender 3 came with a completely veiled bed (print tray). Problem set very quickly by fetching a window of 235x235x4 mm at the DIY store closest to home, cost: 2 euros (including cutting and made by the store). Frankly this is by far the best upgrade I've done on the machine for now and especially it will avoid you spend like me for hours trying to level a plateau that is not flat anyway. In addition, the glass has the advantage of making it possible to obtain a totally smooth surface on the face in contact with it. Tip: Sand the glass with 500 grit paper using 45 degree cross passes. This allows to increase the grip even more while maintaining a very smooth finish, which I much prefer to that of the buildtak provided originally with the machine. I print for the moment only PLA and PLA + (besides the PLA + is much easier to tame and I can not recommend it to begin). Bed temperature at 60 ° C for optimal grip without having too much "foot elephant" effect at the base of the printed object. Nozzle temperature between 195 ° C for PLA and 210 ° C for PLA +, to refine according to the brand and the quality of your filament.

This is my very first 3D Printer and I love it! Packaging came seemingly undamaged, however when opened, i found the Heatbed actually got damaged by the metal part of the spool holder. This must've happened during shipping. It's nothing serious. Kit inclused tools needed for assembly. Not the best quality but seen much worse for serious money. Assembly was easy a quick even though i've never built a 3D printer before. I have some experience with things like this but even without that, this doesn't require any serious knowledge or skill. Just take it slowly and carefully, Make sure to check everything before assembly as I needed to loosen some screws to set some parts which were pre-assembled. There's a huge advantage to this DIY kit: Pre-connected mains voltage and good soldering on Heated Printbed (Many other kits comes with terrible solderings which is a fire hazard and in many kits you have to connect mains cables which is very dangerous if you mess it up)! The printer came with an SD card (+USB adapter so you can upload your files on your PC via USB) with a dog model pre-installed. I tried that as my first print (After bed leveling and priming filament of course, you can find videos for these) for the first time it didn't print fully, as the part came loose from the Printbed. This was my fault. I checked the part and it was warping which happened because i put it ina cold room (12-15°C). So i built a crappy, makeshit enclosure around it using some pieces of cardboard and styrofoam and voila, the print went through! It's not perfect but for an unmodded, not fine tuned printer it's a great outcome. If you want to start 3D printing and you like tinkering this is a very good option for first printer. Not too challenging, yet it gives, you the opportunity to tinker with it, print mods for it, make it print perfectly. And this, for the price of a few nights in a mediocre hotel. Even if you don't have experience with these kind of things, you can easily make this work, just watch a lot of videos online, prepare before buying /while waiting for your printer to arrive. Also! Buy some extra filament! The printer comes with a very small amount of white filament but... I havent even installed it on, it'd be enough for a very small part but not even the half of the dog model on the SD.

The printer arrived on schedule with adequate packaging. It is configured as a Kit printer but actually requires assembly only of the main parts such as vertical uprights, power supply, X-axis, Z-axis motor and some wiring. Together with the printer are supplied all the tools for assembly as well as an indispensable sharp spatula and a small wire cutter. Also supplied is an 8GB micro SD card with USB adapter. The assembly takes about an hour, the instructions are quite clear but some videos on youtube certainly better investigate some aspects to which pay particular attention such as checking the correct alignments and adjusting the right friction between wheels and guides. Once the printer is mounted and the dish is aligned, it is practically ready to print even for a beginner. The print volume is 220 x 220 x 250 cm even if the stroke end of the X and Y axes actually reaches 235mm The heated plate has excellent adherence, It heats up quickly (the temperatures tested personally for the PLA between 50 ° and 60 °) The power supply has a closed caseback with connector for the power cord which prevents the cables from being exposed as on some Kit printers, there is also the on / off button. The screen is in a very comfortable position for reading and using the controls, too bad that the circuits on the back are uncovered and it is obviously advisable to print a casing to close it. the extruder unit does its job but I plan to replace the plastic parts with new ones in aluminum as well as a new PTFE tube The quality of the prints is still excellent even without having yet made replacements thanks above all to the decidedly solid structure. I wish the printed instructions explained there was an electronic manual with more detailed text instructions on the SD card that came with the printer. AND a short 3d rendered movie of the installation itself. I installed it following only the color schematics (v3) that were in the box and got a bit frustrated at times. It's not exactly a piece of cake, especially this being my very first contact with a 3d printer. I do not wish to imagine what installing one from scratch would be like, so I'm happy it came at least partly assembled. All the screws and nuts were stored in separate bags and clearly labeled. All tools necessary for assembly were included. I had to back track a few times because what the schematics told me to do was impossible. For instance pulling the metallic ends of the timing belt under the mounted wheels was a no go, had to get the carriage out again and slide the belt in the extrusion first, then put the carriage back on. The Z-axis screw was also inserted later, from the top, after aligning properly the entire frame, not in step 4 as advised. The base of the frame was not level from factory, but was easily fixed by loosening the screws on the bottom and tightening them back up after aligning the frame. There was no Z-axis misalignment as reported by other users, probably fixed along the way in later batches. In fact, I have not seen any of the problems usually reported with Ender 3 on my unit. Batch from November 2018 was flawless. Everything considered, installing it was not such an unpleasant experience after all, especially after seeing it completely assembled. It really shines with quality and precision. I followed quite a few videos about leveling the bed and finally started using it. The first prints are incredible, very satisfied with this product. Cannot wait to put it to more serious work.

The first 3D printer that I bought. The package came seemingly undamaged yet it had small bumps from the courier(Photo 3 and 4). Nothing too scary. The Only problem was with front Right bed leveling wheel - it was dented but usable ( Photo 1 and 2 ). not a biggie, now that you own 3D printer you could easily get/print a spare. The printer was 50/50 assembled (Bed, board, screen, stepper-motors) was already screwed in place so somewhere 30-45% of instruction was useless yet it had informational value as a start-up guide. There aren't problems with PTFE tubing everything is stiff yet they have included a PTFE pressure fittings an extra 0.4 nozzle. The ONLY problem that I had was with Filament Feeder. Upgrade it with an All-Metal Feeder Assembly because the plastic will go brittle over time. If you decide to print something beside PLA then you will get a glass bed a trip to the hardware store should do the trick as well as 4mm thick glass (it's cheap as hell paid approx.: 2.20€ for glass(appx.:0.38€) and glass cutting(appx.:1.80€)). print bed spec 235x 235 mm Pros: -Entry level 3D printer -Acceptable level of Tinkering required -Doesn't possess a fire hazard (There are stories that 3D printer burns the house down. ) -MicroSD card reader -(17/May/2019) only now discovered that I can print directly from pc/mac by using mini USB. my mind is blown

I was looking for a 3d printer to start in the world of 3d printing for recreational purposes, I went through reviews and videos until I came across this Ender 3 that according to the criticism is taken from street to the a8 anet or any rush i3, buy it for $ 3500 pesos MX plus shipping and the truth is that it is excellent, everything is properly packaged, I have been surprised by the orderly and well labeled that are all components, many of them are already preassembled so it does not matter that you knowledge On electronics is null (as it is my case, I am a nurse and I had never seen one of these live), the manual of armed shows you a series 12 illustrated steps (without letters, or written instructions) at first seems complicated but once You start running, the truth is that it took me about 2 hours to completely assemble it but remembering that my knowledge about its operation is almost nil, besides taking my time to examine it. mine each part to appreciate how well everything is done, in the end you have a fairly solid structure with aluminum profiles and metal alloys that does not wobble when printing, comes with a spatula, small cutting tongs and all the hardware with their respective keys, I have not had to take a single tool from my house to assemble it, it includes a bit of PLA filament and an 8GB memory with a preloaded design to print after you calibrated it, I was totally satisfied with the purchase, the shipment has taken about 5 days to get to me (from China to Chihuahua, Mexico), I chose DHL because of the good experience I have had with them, because finally, super recommended is Ender 3, I loved it, congratulations Creality and thanks for making the 3d impression accessible to all

Hello there, The product reached my hand within approximately 10-15 days. I paid 109,99 customs fee to the product and I think it was very appropriate. I set up the device to do the work of writing 3D objects, but unfortunately a lot of frustration resulted in a trial. Then I solved the problem when I brought the table temperature to 60-70 degrees. But I think the biggest problem with this device is to adjust the level of the plate height. Anyone I see on the internet is very difficult to print with this set, so that the paper is lightweight between the printer header and the tray. The filament always stays in the air. So when I tried to pull the paper between the extruder tip and the tray, I could almost get the print out when there was almost enough space to rupture the paper. Another problem I have with this device is that it will automatically move the Z axis one click up to the appropriate position for the table setting every time you select auto home. And after each writing, it is necessary to turn off the engines by turning the device off or by depressing the motors from the device screen by pulling down the Z axis manually and setting it to zero with the extruder part. I think it would be great if the machine could adjust it by itself. Because this way you have to adjust the table setting with those rudders at each time and this is a waste of time. And if you want to update the device, you have to have one ardinio device. I didn't find it or I couldn't find the option to connect it to the computer or do it with the folks ardiuino. Anyway I would recommend a suitable device (for home use) that can be taken at general.
